Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CrewBrew, a contractor field-operations platform ("CrewBrew", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

CrewBrew provides a web dashboard and worker app for assigning tasks, tracking crew hours, capturing jobsite photos, logging expenses and equipment, and approving completed field work. The service is offered on an evolving basis and features may change over time.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite to your organization.
• You must be authorized to enter the company and crew data you submit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to breach security, disrupt the platform, access data you are not authorized to access, or use CrewBrew for unlawful purposes.

Plans and storage

CrewBrew offers a free plan with a fixed storage allocation. Uploads may be limited once an organization reaches its storage quota. Paid plans, pricing, and billing terms may be introduced and will be presented before any charge applies.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data and content your organization submits to CrewBrew. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content in order to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability and disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewBrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using CrewBrew and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
