How billing
works.
Switching plans mid-month
The change applies right away and is prorated. Upgrading charges only the difference for the days left in the month. Downgrading credits the unused amount toward your next invoice.
Cancelling
Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. There are no partial-month refunds.
Going over a limit
Nothing is deleted. New uploads and new team invites pause until you upgrade or free up space.
Invoices and receipts
Every invoice is available under Manage billing in the dashboard. Charges appear on your card statement as CREWBREW.
Who counts as a person?
Everyone with a login: the owner, managers and workers.
