Delete your CrewBrew account

Delete your worker account in the app

1. Sign in to the CrewBrew mobile app.
2. Open the Me tab.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Your login is removed and your personal profile information is anonymized. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, or if you are a company account owner, email CrewBrew support from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “CrewBrew account deletion request” and include your name and company name so we can verify the request.

What is deleted

• Your CrewBrew login and authentication access.
• Your name, email address, phone number, trade, and discipline information.
• Your device push-notification registration associated with the account.

What may be retained

Completed work records, such as time logs, jobsite records, expenses, and approvals, may be retained in anonymized form for the company that created or assigned the work and where required for security, legal, or regulatory obligations. Retained records no longer identify the deleted worker by name or contact information.

Company account deletion requests may require verification and the removal or transfer of active workers before the organization’s data can be deleted.
