Delete your account

Delete your worker account in the app

1. Sign in to the CrewBrew mobile app.
2. Open the Me tab.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Your login is removed and your personal profile information is anonymized.

Request deletion without the app

If you can't access the app, or you are a company account owner, email support from the address associated with your account. Use the subject "CrewBrew account deletion request" and include your name and company name so we can verify the request.

You can also email support@getcrewbrew.com directly.

What gets deleted

• Your CrewBrew login and authentication access.
• Your name, email address, phone number, trade, and discipline information.
• The device push-notification registration associated with your account.

What may be kept

Completed work records — time logs, jobsite records, expenses, and approvals — may be retained in anonymized form for the company that created or assigned the work, and where required for security, legal, or regulatory obligations. Retained records no longer identify you by name or contact information.

Company accounts

A request to delete an entire organization may require additional verification, and the removal or transfer of active workers, before the organization's data can be deleted.
