CrewBrew ("CrewBrew", "we", "us") is a contractor field-operations platform operated in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law.

CrewBrew runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Canadian and U.S. regions. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and the database is isolated in a private network not reachable from the public internet. Authentication is handled by AWS Cognito. We apply least-privilege access controls to our systems.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers (such as AWS) that process it on our behalf to run the service, and where required by law.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us, subject to legal retention obligations.
